Port 2 This DB-15 female connector accepts the cable from the radio for 4800/9600/19200/38400 baud packet operations.
Computer This DB-25 female connector accepts the cable from the computer serial port. The 9612 Plus communicates with RS-232 levels using standard ASCII characters for all commands.
Power This port was not used due to the modification to supply the needed 12VDC on Pin 5 of Port 2 from the radio.
